That's how much gas was this morning when I went to go get it. It's down about $2/gallon from what it was about 5 months ago. It also happened to cost me about $20 less to fill up my tank. Craziness.
Don't get me wrong. It's a good kind of craziness. But still ... that's some wild price fluctuations. And if it's at $2.63 here, does that mean it's under $2 in the rest of the country?

Actually, you're right. Where I live, we've had a number of gas stations with prices like $1.90 or so. It's awesome.
Interestingly, though, I've heard that the lower prices aren't making people drive as much as they used to when prices were this low before.
I filled up for 1.93 last week. Don't be jealous!
...Okay, be a little jealous.
A while ago, I saw it in like, the high 1.70's or low 1.80's.
o.O
And right on cue OPEC announced they're going to reduce production so that they can get oil to, in their words, a healthy 70-90 dollars per barrel.
Stock up while you can.
Yeah, we all knew it was coming. XP
$1.66
Whoa ... It's still at $2.43 here.
Wow.
Wow... In some parts of Ohio, we've got gas for $1.58!
Right now, OPEC's losing their grip on us. But for how long?...
